In the heat of the moment have self awareness:
If you start to get angry, tense or really stressed, BE AWARE OF IT and breath! Re-connect with yourself, take some deep breaths and access your love within, take the external thing that is annoying you into your heart and witness it, watching your breath and feeling your heart then respond positively...
Act rather than re-acting...
